Professional Standing

PROFESSIONAL STANDING

Emadi Appraisals Ltd. has built its practice on long-standing professional relationships and repeat engagement from institutional and professional clients who require reliable, defensible valuation work developed under experienced oversight.

The firm's leadership and senior valuation oversight are supported by more than 20 years of combined industry experience at the principal and senior appraiser level, including management, review, and supervisory roles within financial institutions, appraisal management companies (AMCs), and municipal assessment environments such as MPAC. This background informs a disciplined, risk-aware approach to valuation and reporting.

Our appraisal reports are routinely relied upon in contexts involving heightened scrutiny, including mortgage financing, estate and tax matters, litigation support, insurance, and regulatory review. Clients value the firm's understanding of institutional expectations, internal review standards, and the practical realities of underwriting, compliance, and audit processes.

Rather than volume-driven work, Emadi Appraisals focuses on assignments where independence, professional judgment, and accountability are essential. Many engagements arise through ongoing relationships with lenders, legal professionals, insurers, and advisors who return to the firm based on confidence in the work product and consistency in delivery.
